- Confirm that the device is on the list of devices supported for the app.
- For paid apps, make sure your Google Wallet account is up to date.
- Make sure you have enough space in your phone’s memory to download the app.
- Cancel and restart the download.
- Check that your network connection is always active.
- If you use an active mobile data connection, try to use a WW network .
- If you are using an active Wiash-Fi network, try to use a mobile data connection or another Wi´fi network .
- Go to Settings> Apps .
- Press Play Store> Memory .
- Press erase the data and erase the cache .
- Press and hold the power button until the phone options appear.
- Press extinguish and wait for the phone to go out completely.
- Wait a few moments, then light the phone by pressing and holding the power button .

Try the following bypass solutions to resolve Google Play Store errors.
Empty the Google Play Store cache

- Open the application details and press the button Force the stop.
- Push the button Empty the cache.
- Repeat the steps above, but in step 3, replace Google Play Store by Google Play services.
- Try again to download the application.
Erase Google Play Store data
If the problem persists after emptying the Google Play Store cache and Google Play services, try to erase Google Play Store data:
- Open the menu Settings on your device.
- Access Applications or at Application manager (depending on the device used).
- Access All applications, Then scroll until the application Google Play Store.
- Open the application details and press the button Force the stop.
- Push the button Delete data.
Once the cache is emptied and the data deleted, the Google Play Store error should normally disappear. If this is not the case, go to the next step.
Delete then add your Google account
If the problem persists after emptying the cache and deleting the data, delete your Google account, restart your device and add your Google account again.
- Open the menu Settings on your device.
- Below Accounts, Press the name of the account to be deleted. If you use a Google account, press Google, Then press the account.
- Press the icon Menu Located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Press on Delete account.
- Restart your device, add your account again, then try to download the application.
