I cannot create a Bouygues account when I want to change my plan

From your Crédit Mutuel Mobile customer area, you can only transfer your line to a Bouygues Telecom offer without commitment and without mobile.

If you try to choose an offer with commitment or take a mobile with it, it is normal that you have this blockage.

It is also possible that there is a temporary bug on the customer area and/or if you try to do it on the application, I invite you to try by the website directly.

You can also request to make the transfer by calling us to customer service (09 69 36 02 00, Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) or also get closer to your Crédit Mutuel bank advisor in Agency.
