If you have selected Immediate transfer, Funds should appear on your bank account after a few minutes, but this period may vary depending on the banks. If the funds do not appear on your bank account after 30 minutes, contact your bank to find out more. The members of our team cannot modify the status of your transfer.

A Standard transfer Generally takes 1 working day. Depending on the processing procedure of your bank, the procedure can take between 3 and 5 working days.Remember that public holidays are not working days.

Standard transfers to your eligible flow card take approximately 48 hours.
