At first, I wanted to dialogue to find a solution, but voila, nothing works properly, especially with telephone appointments.
So, I go through termination, and there again, it is the obstacle. Nothing works properly.

Result, I drop, because too much time lost for my work at home. It is not channel more that will settle my time lost to have a human on the other end of the line.
In short, Canal+ does not want, that we contact them, only we terminate our accounts, and all this without any explanations, there are even excuses for their shares.
We are customers without the right of expressions of dissatisfaction. To put it simply, we just have our mouths to close.

I just reactivated my subscription twice via 2 virtual numbers. And still not access to the more series channel programs, but my account is debited. This system is really zero! Not to mention the flow. With this kind of incident, I don’t want to re -turn at all!

Hello, Following a termination of my programs due to an unpaid last night, I immediately regularized my unpaid and reactivated my programs. A congratulating message is displayed then, indicating that reactivation is over and that I can now watch my programs. In addition, after verification, my account was well debited from the amount due, without the promotional rate by Canal +, as of course. However, the button: “Accede à My Canal” does not work and the message is lying since I do not have access immediately to my programs. So, I call the Canal Plus Assistance Service via a non -surcharged number and the person asks me to communicate all my information from my visa card (including the CGV code . ) After making sure that she was not going to use this confidential data to debit my account once again (since I did not want to pay twice twice !! ) and that she tells me not to worry about this (we would be, unless !! ), I give it my bank card info so that the problem is solved and I have the channels for which I paid again. Then she tells me that I should have access to the channels today, and if not to recall them. At this hour, I still have not access to my channels.. Is it normal ? Would not have forgotten me . However, Canal + has not forgotten to debit my account immediately and without delay, when I regularized yesterday.. And, on the other hand, I also advise you to contact a developer for your button problem: “Access to My Canal who does not work; and also to change the false message which claims that we can now watch our programs after that recovery is completed..
