How to receive the code to have channel on such and computer

OK. The WiFi network of the decoder is not there to give you access to the Internet. Canal+ is not an Internet access provider.

The wifi network you see is a dedicated network only to connect a mini decoder to the main decoder, to broadcast on a 2nd TV (the main decoder receives the chains by satellite and send them via this local WiFi network, to the 2nd decoder )).

It is only your livebox which will provide you with an internet connection on your smartphone.

You are talking about what exactly ?
The password of your canal account+? If so, you chose it when creating the Canal+account, and you alone know it. And if you forgot, simply use the “Forgotten password” button when you connect, like any other website (which requires you log in before).

Or you are talking about the parental code of the decoder ? (Because you are talking about decoder).
There too, you are the only one to know it after having created it when installing the decoder. If you have forgotten it, it must be reset from the customer area, page.

Or something else ? Because seeing about a request on smartphone.
