Good morning. The reimbursement of termination costs is only on fixed offers (Livebox). For a mobile plan, moreover without obligation, SOSH does not reimburse the termination fees. See Sosh details and conditions.

I went from Bouygue to Sosh following a canvassing I received my SIM card my contract a few days later that I returned signed, so far everything is fine, I asked for the portability that had to be made on the 18th /10, the major concern I meet is that I receive the calls but I cannot envy conclusion my phone is unusable (I made checked by Orange that my i phone bought at Bouygue was deslimlé)

It is not systematic but several explanations are possible:
Extract from the SOSH subscription general conditions: the reasons why Orange can request a guarantee deposit which will be returned after 12 months without payment incident
– the customer is without proof of a fixed domicile in his name on French territory. The deposit is returned within a maximum period of one (1) months from the date of provision of the supporting proof;
– The residence permit presented mentions an address different from that appearing on the proof of a fixed domicile (French law obliges owners of a residence permit to declare any change of address within 8 days to the prefecture which immediately performs the rectification on this title). The deposit is returned within a maximum period of one (1) months from the date of supply of the updated residence permit;
– The Customer cannot produce either check or postal identity in his name, or reports to a financial institution outside of metropolitan France;
– The Customer has not previously taken out any other subscription contract from Orange or the subscription on the latter date of less than forty (40) days;
– The customer does not choose the direct debit in favor of Orange;
– The Customer is registered in the Preventel file;
– The Customer has taken out a previous contract from Orange and he remains liable for an unpaid in this capacity;
– The Customer has taken out a previous contract with Orange and saw this contract terminated for not having returned the supporting documents requested by the operator when he was in a unpaid situation;
– The customer wishes to pay by a nickel account.
