You can now find the best Internet access provider at your address. Launched in beta version last year, the online service My arcep internet connection is officially available in a stable version this Thursday, April 8.
Enriched with many new features, it allows you to know the operators available at your address, the flows offered, as well as the available technologies.

Thanks to this tool, no need to survey operators’ websites and test your address individually to find the best offer. The card through the my internet connection platform displays for each address tested a comparative table of all fixed Internet access offers, including HD radio or satellite operators, with the maximum theoretical debit for each. 1. Go to my internet connection

Open your favorite web browser and go to the ARCEP official platform, my internet connection. Accessible free of charge, the data it provides date from the third quarter 2020. It is therefore possible that the data concerning your address is not yet up to date.
