I no longer have access to my account/my card

If you no longer have access to your account and need emergency protection, follow these steps: 1. When you connect, press “I no longer have access to my number”. 2. Press “Forgotten code ? And we will help you regain access to your account via instant messaging. If you still cannot access your account and instant messaging, please contact us at the support [email protected]. If you need to block your card, you can call an automatic telephone standard at +37052143608 (costs may apply). This number cannot put you in contact with an agent or allow you to make a call.

From the connection screen of the Revolut mobile application: Enter your phone number → Select “Forgotten code” → Enter your email address → Follow the remaining instructions to load a selfie or an identity document and recover your information automatically connection. How to send money to my revolut account from another bank account ?

You can use your Revolut account to receive transfers from other bank accounts. You can find your “local” and “swift” account information (cross -border) for each of the currencies that we take care of in the “Information of the account” section of your Revolut application.

What should I do if a transfer does not arrive on my revolut account ?

The balance of your Revolut account will be updated as soon as a transfer will arrive on your account, as is the case for other conventional accounts. If the transfer has not reached the expected deadlines, Revolut is not able to accelerate it, but it should soon be achieved. The time your transfer takes to arrive in your account depends largely from where it leaves.

Am I eligible for Revolut credit products ?

Personal loan products and Revolut credit card are being developed. Unfortunately, we cannot yet offer them to all our customers, but do not worry: we are working hard to market them to more people.

How to find my card PIN code ?

To see your PIN code: Go to the “Cards” tab of the application> Find the card in question, then press “Pin code and safety”> Select “Display PIN code”.

Why didn’t I receive my award for the sponsorship campaign ?

So that you can get your reward, the person you invited must have completed all the required steps before the end of the campaign. Your reward will be yours as soon as this person: has registered, has verified their identity, has added money, has ordered a physical revolut card and has made three authentic purchases with its virtual or physical card. You can see its progress by clicking on Profile> Invite friends> Then by selecting the person you invited in the “Invitations” section.

How to modify my country of residence ?

The countries to which you can change your address depend on the Revolut entity where your account is saved. You can only change the country from your address if it belongs to the same revolut entity as the one to which you are attached to this present.

How to add money to my revolut account ?

How to send money to a bank account ?
