Step 1. Open the PDF with Adobe
Open the PDF file you need to compress by going to file> Open, browse and locate the PDF file.
In the properties dialog box, check the actual size of your current PDF file. Decide the size you need for your PDF. Be vigilant, if you compress the PDF excessively, the PDF can come out badly. Proceed with compression at the required size.
2nd step. Compress PDF with Adobe
Compress the PDF file: Go to file> Save as> reduced size of PDF. In the pop-up, select Acrobat 10.0 or a later version in the drop -down list to make compatible with and click on “OK”. Then find a location to save the PDF file.
