How to make a transfer from one of my external accounts ?
The external transfer initiation service allows you to make transfers from your external bank accounts to your Boursorama Banque bank accounts, without leaving your Boursorama Customer Espace.
To make your transfer, go to the section “My transfers & samples” then on “Transfer from an external account” then select the account to be debit from:
- Your external bank accounts added to your customer area
- your other accounts referenced as beneficiaries of transfer and of which you are the holder.
- Or you enter another account by clicking on “from another external account”.
If your external account has not yet been added, you will then be asked to authenticate your bank to finalize the entry of your transfer.
The transfer limit is € 3,000 per day per account. Your external establishment may impose additional restrictions of which Boursorama Banque cannot be aware.
The processing time is that of a classic separate transfer, or 1 day worked.

What is the time to receive a classic transfer ?
A SEPA transfer must not take more than 48 working hours to be credited on the beneficiary account. If this period is exceeded, we invite you to ask the transmitter a notice of execution of transfer or a certificate of transfer.
This document is produced free of charge by the transmitter bank once the transfer has been processed and takes up the transfer date, the amount, issuing and beneficiary account numbers. You can check if the contact details used are correct and if the transfer has actually been treated.
Important: there are no interbank movements on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Thus, a transfer seized on Saturday is put on hold until Monday, then will be credited at the latest on Tuesday.
Also, according to his time of realization, a transfer seized on Friday will be visible to the credit of the destination account the following Monday or, at the latest, the following Tuesday.
In addition, current banking regulations authorize in some cases the bank to delay an operation or even refuse to execute it. The transformation transmitter is then informed by its bank.
Regarding the transfers issued by an organization, the reception period may be longer; If necessary, you should get closer to the issuing organization to ensure the exact date of execution of the operation.
Note that if you make a transfer to an enclosed external account, the beneficiary bank has 5 working days to reject it and the average time found for the return of funds to your account is 10 working days.
