Once the RIB is transmitted by Boursorama Banque to your creditors and/or your debtors, it is their responsibility to take this request into account within 10 working days, within the limit of the instruction precisely given.

How to change bank with banking mobility – Easymove ?

Banking mobility is a service that helps you change bank more easily, completely automated and free ! At Boursorama Banque, this banking mobility service is called Easymove.

Banking mobility is a system from the “Macron law” which authorizes the new bank to take charge of administrative procedures in place of the customer !

To benefit from it, just sign a “mobility mandate“: The finish bank is then commissioned to recover the list of recurring operations (transfers, samples, etc.) taken during the last 13 months on the original account.

After signing the mandate, we send your new bank details to all organizations domiciled on your original account. You can then ask or not to close your bank account, we take care of everything !

No worries to have: the whole process is framed by deadlines set by law !

Banking mobility is only available for current accounts. This request will not include savings accounts, regulated accounts, current loans or credits and the stock market accounts (titles account, equity savings plan, PEA-PME, securities account).
