Up to 100 meters in an open space. We recommend placing the relay in a central room in your home.
How is the Smart Thermostat Powered?
The thermostat used 3 AAA Batteries (provided). They have a battery life of 2 years. The relay is connected to the hands eith via the boiler adapter or a conventional socket.
CAN I Multi-Zone Installation?
Yes, if the system has several heating circuits (e.g., Ground Floor and 1st Floor). Each zone must be regulated by eITher a smart thermostat, a smart modulating thermostat or smart radiator valves, depending on the installation type. This means you can set differentities for different zones for Greater Comfort and Energy Savings.
Can you create more than one heating Schedule/Program?
Yes, you can create up to 10 heating schedules.
Which Product Should I Choose: A Smart Thermostat Or A Smart Thermostatic Starter Pack ?
If you have an individual heating system, then a smart thermostat is required to control your boiler activation.
If you install a Starter Pack onto an individual Boiler System, it will not be able to control the boiler and will not have any effect in terms of Energy Savings.Can i control the temperature we have room-by-room basis?
Yes, you can add additional smart radiator valves to your system to control the temperature on room-by-room basis.
How Many Smart Thermostats can i add to the same netatmo account or the same house ?
You can add as many thermostats as you like to your netatmo account. Up to ten thermostats can be added withn the same house.
In case of a wi-fi outrage, do my products still work?
If the Wi-Fi Connection is lost, the smart radiator valves continues to follow the Schedule or the temporary setpoint temperature Requested. The Heating can also be controlled manually from the smart radiator valves.
What if my thermostat is installed in a room with no radiator?
In this case, the thermostat will not be able to regulate the temperature of your home effectively, as it will only detect temperature variations indirectly.
