Also, all you have to do is the tablet near the keyboard and the magnets line it up perfectly, establishing an electromagnetic connection. No charging. No setup. Pixel Slate Instantly Recognizes The Keyboard. The backlit keys are really nice, too. The Keyboard is easy to add the angle and serves as a protective case. Love it! Well Worth the Money. I paid about $ 95 for mine. Don’t buy from google store. Get a slightly used or refurbished from a reputable dealer, and it will save you a hunged bucks or so. I love this keyboard. Designed Poorly – Needs a version 2 to fix the flaws

This keyboard case is great for convenience (no Bluetooth Needed) but is poorly designed. It works well on a hard surface like like or desk but it is too wobbly when on your lap or other surfaces. The Keyboard is nice to type we have a hard surface but terrible goal on your lap. I wish it was designed more like the surface pro Keyboards. It is unfortunate as i like the keyboard Better Than the Brydge Model for Typing on A Hard Surface and Convenience But I Would Have To Go Withh The Brydge For Lap Use. Google Obviously Never Did A Prototype of this Case As If they had the glaring Issues Weld have been Obvious. With them no long producing the Slate i suspect it is unlikely that they will come out with a new and improved keyboard that is a real shame. So much potential in this tablet .
