Package

If you are a Syma customer: enter your My Syma identifiers (phone number and password). All your personal information is then automatically entered and your registration will not take you more than 5 minutes.

If you are not a Syma customer: enter your personal information and bank details. Please take care to check them in order to avoid any error in particular to ensure the correct delivery of your SIM card. All this information will be recorded. You can change them later in your My Syma Personal Space.

CAUTION: Payment of the package is made by monthly direct debit on the bank account informed at the time of the package to the package. You must therefore return to the sample mandate (downloaded during the subscription) at the Syma Headquarters, 16, rue du Général Alain de Boissieu 75015 Paris.

3. If you have been engaged over two years and you resound after the first year of engagement, you will only pay a quarter of the remaining monthly payments.
