A complicated freebox change

The Freebox Revolution having been marketed for over 10 years, several long -standing customers had to replace their equipment or change offers for a more recent freebox. This change has sometimes caused several problems:

I just migrated from the revolution to pop. I am one of the oldest customers and despite this, the migration and the sending of equipment will cost me 70 €. While if you change operator for Free, the operator reimburses up to 100 €. It’s shameful, it’s theft !

When I want to switch to a cheaper offer (Freebox Pop or Freebox Delta S) I am automatically blocked, I am told that the equipment is unavailable (but not for new customers obviously). I am very surprised by this commercial policy which forces these customers to switch only on more expensive offers.
