“The extension of free assistance is a way to reward our loyal customers,” says Eddy Haesendonck, President and Managing Director of the BMW Group Belux. “We also want to encourage them to maintain their car or motorcycle in an optimal state and there is no better place to do so than in their own network of dealers”.
In practice, free assistance is automatically extended or reactivated each time an official partner of the BMW, Mini or BMW Motorrad service in Belgium or the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is maintained. The assistance provided by BMW Road Assist 24/7, Mini Road Assist 24/7 or BMW Motorrad Road Assist 24/7 applies for the period to the next maintenance or oil service indicated by the board computer. In the case of a BMW vehicle, for example, it can go up to 2 years or 30,000 kilometers, depending on the step reached first.
