Good morning,
For broadcast in order to avoid others from being swelled, here is my opinion concerning the problem (s) that I encountered in the establishment of Brest de Carglass
So I have a honda agreement break and I had an ordinary impact on my windshield.
So I called the first time.

The shine is supposedly repaired but remains visible (I am confident so it does not matter, the important thing is that the crack does not extend. Of course I do not pay anything but Carglass sends a small invoice to the insurer
A few weeks later, it begins to get cold and therefore the felley extends. I therefore recall Carglass and I am asked to come and see to organize a change of windshield.
Of course I do not spend anything. We agree with a replacement date and I come back a week later (ditto, it is still raining in Brittany so you understand it is easier in the garage). I’m going to walk around and I am reminded to tell me that they ordered the bad one by breeze. But it is not their fault, it was Honda who delivered the bad windshield.
In short, I leave and resume an emergency meeting for once because I had to go on the road a few days later. I am changed my windshield and we give a new invoice, sent to the insurer of course (I pass the details of the invoice for the insurer).
I continue my way. A month later, I realize that my two baguettes (molding) of the windshield was completely peeled (given the time and bilaterality, I do not think of chance)
So I’m going to make a quote at Honda because hey, I have a little bit of *** to go to Carglass.
A small quote at 570 euros. So I sent an unanswered complaint email to date to date.
So in total for a small radiance:
– 4 passages at Carglass
– 1 unnecessary windshield repair (and the invoice)
– 1 Laborious windshield change (and the invoice)
– 1 Carglass deterioration
– Either the consumer triple sanction. I pay my insurance, I pay Carglass via my insurance, and I pay to repair their bullshit !
In conclusion, I have no recommendation regarding windshield professionals, but especially not going to Carglass ! It remains money but Frédéric de Carglass, although very smiling is quite a *** !

Good morning; I just broke a windshield and I went to my mechanic. Lower price than Carmachin and especially impeccable work.So why go to sorcerer’s apprentices when we have what it takes in our garages of the car brand.
The fee of costs is not a problem; The garage draws the check after RBT of insurance. For me less than 24 hours, so that money arrives on my account.
If problem; The brand guarantees repair!

Good evening,
I had an impact on my windshield a month after buying my new vehicle . 4 years ago. In view of the compulsory technical control this year, I went to the Carglass Center in Libourne (33,500) for a repair.
After seeing the impact, the Carglass technician replies that the impact is too important and that the repair (injection in terms of impact) risks causing cracks.
I inform him (and I shouldn’t have done it) of my concerns about technical control.
He looks, on several occasions, the windshield (after having seen the gray card) and having asked me many questions, especially if my windshield was “heated”. I answer him no .
An appointment is made with the Carglass Center in Libourne (33500) for a change of windshield on April 24, 2018 at 3:30 p.m.
On the 24th, due to our obligations, we move to 2 vehicles (25 km from home x 1.5) to leave the car at Carglass. Vehicle statement that takes a little time.
Barely an hour later, Carglass contacted me on my cell phone to tell me that the ordered windshield is not the right one. I then look at the quote which was given to me: I do not know anything in a windshield, but it is obvious that our vehicle has never had a panoramic roof.

New appointment is made for May 12 at 10:30 a.m.

I am present a little before the time indicated. Important waiting time before making the statement of the vehicle again.
And, while I planned to do a few shopping to kill the time, I receive a call again informing that they had, once again, not received the right wind breach .

I come back to Carglass Libourne to collect my vehicle . still long waiting time .

And then, I crack and I cancel everything !
My vehicle is a Hyundai i30. Carglass of Libourne is not capable, after seeing the vehicle and the gray card twice, to order the right windshield . While the Fiat dealership, which bought Hyundai in Gironde, is 50 meters ..

And this is not the first time that Carglass Libourne has disappointed us.At the time, it was a toyota, with change at home, who forced us to drive the vehicle to the workshop !

Frankly, we have contacted our insurance to inform them of our dissatisfaction and that we will now go elsewhere .

Hello, I have just changed my windshield by Carglass at home, center of Montbrison 42 for the intervention just a concern when they took out the windshield from the van they realized that it was cracked, but not being Pressed it did not be a problem, then for the second intervention work well done overall, I was told that the promotion was the free technical control of the vehicle before 11/09/18 very well it I must do it before 10/15 so very well and I was going to receive the promo code by email,

Ashamed! The facts: March 14, following temperature variations, our rear windshield must be changed. Carglass Brest changes the windshield . But not entirely: the trunk pistons are dismantled but not raised as well as the rear ice towel, broken during disassembly that must be replaced. For a total invoice of € 650, 3 threads, 4 passages and 2 and a half months of waiting, a new appointment is made to install the new wipers, but . It does not work, supposedly because of a rusty part of the windshield. Astonishing it worked perfectly before Carglass professionals intervene! And by the way: unscrupulous I am allowed to leave like this with a tested-ice that I must not activate, whose repair is at my expense and a so-called new room that I.awaited 2 months and a half and which is obviously not the right model. But oh big compensation, I have a gift of a bluetooth kit to call behind the wheel. Bravo Carglass! What a professionalism !

Above all, do not go to Carglass !!
In June I change a side window on my BMW.
After work at my charge (insured to third party. ), I realize that the badly closes.
New appointment in another center to show. I am told that it may be the door that is in question (well let’s see !!)).
I am given an appointment in another carglass center. And there, not only does the window work so badly, but the guy has pushed the door !! No apologies but an observation is made.
After 2 other trips to place the car and recover it the next day, I get it back and realize that I have not been completely repaired .
I call immediately and have the center chief (Argenteuil) sent to me that I only have to bring an expert !!
Their consumption service does not want to support the repair !!

Hello, I have already made an opinion on Carglass gifts. I received my bill to pay (€ 1340) !! And when I made an appointment the person told me that he took care of everything and as soon as the insurance had reimbursed me I paid them and that I had no (super) joy of short joy of duration, not seeing any regulation of the Macif I contacted them, and the surprise, there is no agreement with Carglass and it is up to them to send them the invoice and that I had a franchise, and the person to tell me that the bill was much higher than to another repairer and that I had to do the advance. Again for a problem of windshield asking your insurer and above all avoid Carglass this will save you unpleasant surprises
