Identification
After launching the Netflix application or the Netflix site, select identify to access your account and start watching series and films. You can identify on any device compatible with Netflix, or even on several compatible devices. Creation of profiles
You can create profiles for members of your home and allow them to benefit from a personalized Netflix experience. Your account may have up to five individual profiles, and you can define an age category for each of them. Each profile has its own recommendations, based on its assessments and preferences.
Search for series and films
You can search for the titles that interest you or browse the suggestions offered by Netflix. After you have started to view and assess titles, Netflix will display recommendations. You can also activate subtitles, deaf and hard of hearing subtitles as well as audio in another language on many titles, or browse the titles with the subtitles or the audio language of your choice .
Management of your account
You can update your account information at any time and in particular modify your email address, phone number or offer by selecting the account option in the Netflix menu. Streaming on several devices
If you have several Netflix compatible devices, you can go from one device to any time at any time. Your offer determines the number of screens that you can watch simultaneously, but does not limit the number of devices that you can associate with your Netflix account. How to change offers
You can change your Netflix offer at any time by proceeding as follows:
- Identify yourself on your Netflix account.
- Under details of the offer, select Change offer . (If you don’t see the change of offer option, contact us.))
If your account is suspended, you cannot change your offer until the suspension is lifted.
The transition to a more expensive offer takes effect immediately, which allows you to benefit from all additional features. Since Netflix is a prepaid service, your billing date will be modified on the basis of the remaining balance of your previous payment. The transition to a cheaper offer takes effect on your next invoicing date. You can continue to use the higher offer features until the next billing date.
