1.[Set before shooting] Set the stabilization fashion to “pro” on your insta360 one r (4k wide-angle or 1-inch wide-angle)

2.Select your .MP4 File in the List of Footage on Studio, then Click the “Open in Final Cut Pro X” Button below [Resources].

3.Choose files you want to edit on the [open library].

4.Drag the file from [insta360footage] to the timeline.

5.Click to select the video, Adjust the parameters in the upper right corner (turn on/off stabilization, set fov)
