I have been a user recently and I admit that I have tested several other paid VPNs before. Today, my need was to have the fastest VPN for my personal use, and very sincerely, it was this I needed. Maybe for other people, depending on their desires and needs, it will be another VPN. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a quick and easy to use VPN, Expressvpn will be perfect for you. It is certainly a more expensive notch than the others, but I prefer to put a little more knowing than speed is there and that the choice of servers is wide.

Regarding customer service, it is very responsive. Not time ago, I had a problem and they were super fast ! Admittedly, you have to speak an English minimum, but between us, if you do a little google translation, they will understand what you have as a problem and vice versa when they will answer you, you will only have to translate.
For my part, I am not bilingual, but I manage to understand, read and write a minimum English and the exchange was very easy and very fast. They did not make long sentences, they were clear and very precise. The goal is not to fall asleep, but to settle things very quickly and they do it very well !

Perfect on iPhone and iPad

Perfect on iPhone and iPad, much less efficient on Windows7.
Big advantage of not changing IP address every 30 minutes as is the case at Hotspotvpn and Kaspersky, preventing you from loading a film.
On Windows7, overloads the processor after putting the PC and alarm clock on standby. This bug is still not resolved because it seems that ExpressVPN prefers to devote itself to improve on Window10 and not on 7. This is the reason that will force me to switch to NordVPN if the bug persists.
On iPhone and iPad, do not hesitate to download the “Profile L2TP” application for absolute discretion and be able to look at TV channels from abroad.

VPN excellent but has a very annoying problem

I speak here directly to the developers because if the VPN holds its promises rather well when it comes to performance, it suffers from a bug that I have now noticed several times and this as much via the application on desktop as on mobile mobile.
This is a bug that suggests that the Internet connection has been cut. This bug systematically appears it seems to me after a long time to connection at the VPN.
Maybe because I am a developer myself and I now have in my experience and my habits to test at different levels a problem to find the cause I could detect the problem quickly when it presents but I find it very problematic to invoice this price a service that can leave a user less informed in the easier belief than the concerns could come from their access provider and not from the service but more necessarily to the mind since activated in practice For some time for the problem to arise.
I hope this comment will be able to find an attentive eye so that the problem is solved quickly.
Notes being reset regularly (it seems to me ?) to reflect a recent state, this one therefore targets this fairly confusing problem and which cannot remain if we still consider the current rate (~ 100 €/year)
