  I ordered a maternity dress on this website. My size was, apparently available, so I pay the dress and the delivery costs. The next day, I receive an email noticing that the dress is no longer in stock and that I can change the dress model. I send them the link of the new dress chosen, no answer. I therefore ask for refund given that I did not receive anything and that I have no response from the after -sales service. I’m still waiting for their return ..

  Top monitoring

  After receiving my dress, she was too large. I contacted customer service, which was very responsive to 2 weeks from my wedding. Between the dismissal of my dress and the reception of the news, everything was resolved in a week with a top support team in view of the step back of the return. I highly recommend (it was my first order)

  Very bad after -sales

  Very bad after -sales service, the dress I received was too small, after several email exchanges, I managed to receive the address for the dismissal.
  The dress was returned 2 months ago and no news from them, no refund and no response to my emails. I am very angry and would like a quick refund.

  The dress was not at my size and did not correspond to my morphology, so I asked to send it back.
  Customer service was very responsive and the information was very clear as on the site (delivery costs/return to its charge).

  Validated wedding dress!

  Effective and fast order and reception.
  Returns of items made without problem and very fast reimbursement.
  The exchange of one of the articles ordered too large was also very fluid and fast!

  Small downside, watch out for sizes. With the measurements, I had ordered too large.
  For the exchange, I just took a size more than my French size.

  The dresses are pretty and the package arrived fairly quickly.
  The return was made without incident and the exchanges with the site were simple.
  Only downside, the costs of return to our charge, no pre-print label thank you and not the possibility of leaving the package in a relay.

  Return and review Ever Pretty

  At the start I was not at all serene to order 4 evenings of evenings in view not only of the removal of the manufacturer (China I think) but also opinions. In addition I ordered a custom dress !
  After 15 days I started to worry not to receive anything and I sent an email .
  Answer the next day and in fact the “tailor -made” takes more time and I have been offered to send me my “classic” outfits. no additional cost !
  In summary serious site and dresses of beautiful qualities ! I recommend without problem !

  A catastrophic experience

  A catastrophic experience ! I buy a dress that in the photo seems very beautiful, at the reception of it, a horror ! She doesn’t look like the photo ! And the pompom, I cannot get it reimbursed, but that was not mentioned on the site. It was a final product and obviously, we do not inform the customer that this product cannot be reimbursed, super nice this customer experience. Obviously I do not recommend this Chinese site.

  Much better than expected

  I completely freaked out when I read the opinions here after ordering my bridesmaid dress on this site. I just received it so I leave my pen.
  I highly recommend this site. The prices are attractive and the quality is clearly ok for the price. In any case, I am satisfied with the quality and finish of mine. I took my usual size without looking at the sizes and it suits me perfection. I received it 6 days after order without additional customs or other costs (I live in Belgium). In short for my part I will not hesitate to recommend !
