Hello community !
I just acquired a Fitbit Versa3 watch and I would like to couple it with my Deezer Premium subscription. However after having made all the manipulations an error message appears: “oups’ (I love) a connection error with the server has occurred, start again later” OK but it never works.
I read that many of you have the same problem.
Thank you in advance for your return .

Good morning ,
I had a Versa 3 very recently, everything works, it synchronizes well with my iPhone 13, I was able to put a playlist on Deezer from the first days ..
After two weeks I wanted to modify my Deezer playlist but by going as recommended on the application: Profile photo> Versa 3 (connected)> Media> Deezer (Manage the settings) it puts me:
” An unexpected error occurred . Please try again later “
I tried everything, everything is up to date but the problem persists suddenly I cannot add new playlists and it is annoying to have the same songs loop on my watch without being able to modify them via the mobile application … Finally it was not the goal .
Thanks for your help !!
Please note, your Fitbit watch will be more limited in a few months
Fitbit announced that from March 31, it will no longer be possible to use the Deezer and Pandora app on its connected watches, even those that allowed it until then.
With its latest connected watches, Versa 4 and Sense 2, Fitbit had already ignored certain functions, however present on the previous models. Impossible to use watches to control music reading. It is also impossible to install the third -party applications of music streaming platforms.
Now, to clarify things, Fitbit has announced an update of his Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 2 and Fitbit Versa 3, as reported 9TO5GOOGLE. In detail, the firm held since 2021 by Google indicates in an email that as from March 31, it will no longer be possible to use the Pandora and Deezer applications on these three connected watches. “” You will no longer be able to download the Pandora stations or add Deezer playlists to your device, nor play a song that you previously downloaded “Indicates the email sent by Fitbit.
If Pandora is not available in France, but only in the United States, Deezer is a French streaming platform particularly used in France, since it is just behind Spotify in terms of users, in front of Amazon Music, YouTube Music and Apple Music.
Only Spotify remains available
This possibility of listening to music directly from your watch, without having to take your smartphone with you when you go to train, had been taken care of for several years. For its part, Deezer also communicates on the availability of its application on Fitbit watches and even offers three months offered to Deezer Premium for Fitbit Watches users.
This Fitbit decision made not only following the abandonment of musical functions on its last two watches, but also at the end of the possibility of transferring musical files since last year. Fitbit continues to direct Spotify for streaming music, especially on the product sheet of the Fitbit Sense: “Download hundreds of apps for fitness, sport and entertainment, from Uber to United Airlines via Spotify and TRX”. Let us also remember that the Fitbit Sense 2 and Versa 4 do not allow to download third -party applications.
Fitbit did not give any explanations for the end of the support of the two music streaming applications on his previous models.
