With E-Stock, you can consult the detailed information of each of your bottles:

  • Article code and product designation
  • Order number and delivery form
  • Site and delivery date
  • Lots traceability for the gourmet range (food quality) and medical gases
  • Date of next periodic verification

Thanks to this service, you can:

  • Follow each bottle, by delivery location.
  • Monitor the storage time of each bottle with the possibility of regularly receiving your stocks by email according to a configuration that you have defined.
  • Identify a low stock and launch the order process with one click via the E-Order online order service.
  • Consult the history of your packaged gas deliveries.
  • Export all data to an Excel spreadsheet to use it in your internal reports.

How to register on Estock ?

To register on Estock, just start the application then click “Register” below the “Connect” button. Please enter the form fields and click on “register”. A confirmation code will be sent to you in your email and finally enter the frames the code received in the executives.

How to create or join a store ?

After registering, click on “Stores” then on the “+” button to create or join a store.

How to rotate on several stores ?

To rotate and change stores, go to the “Stores” tab, click on the store in the menu you want to make active and on the dialog window that appears, click “Activate” .

How to record my customers ?

To add a new customer, go to the “Customers” tab, click on the “+” at the bottom to your right, and fill out the form fields then press “Save”.

How to start my inventory ?

To start your inventory, go to the “Inventories” tab, click the “Start” button at the bottom to your right. Take stock of your remaining products in stock and click “Sauvergarder” to update your stock.

How to change the language ?

To change my tongue, go to the “Language” tab, click on the language of your choice and on “Save”
