Ducati presents its 2022 range of electric bikes
The electric bike and the pedals can easily close to ensure minimum size and flexibility of use, also in combination with public and private transport.
MG-20
MG-20 is Ducati’s first foldable electric bike. The fluid profile and the net lines of the rims express a sporting character, with a distinctive design and more aerodynamic forms.
MG-20 is designed for the urban context. Agile in circulation thanks to the choice of magnesium for the realization of the chassis, forks and rims, a material which ensures lightness and solidity, guaranteeing the maximum of performance without affecting the capacity of shock resistance.
The dimensions contained of the wheels, with a diameter of 20 “and a thickness of 2.125” and the possibility of easily closing the electric bike and the pedals, guarantee minimum size and a flexibility of use, also in combination with public transport and private.
The 250W posterior engine recognizes the conditions of the road and, in combination with the 378Wh battery, allows you to travel up to 50 km at a maximum speed of 25km/h in accordance with the regulations. The battery is integrated into the chassis but can be removed for more practical recharging.
The management of the main functions, such as lighting the lights and selection between three assistance levels (12-18-25 km/h), is carried out via the waterproof LCD screen. The LED front lighthouse and the reflective bands on the wheels also provide safer driving at night.
The chassis is made of magnesium, light and shock resistant. The fluidity of the profile is made possible thanks to the technique of the pressure molding used, which allows to create lines of continuity and aerodynamic forms.
The dimensions contained of the wheels (20 ″ x 2.125 ″) and the possibility of easily closing the electric bike and the pedals make MG-20 the means of transport ideal for urban travel, also practical for combined use with public transport and private thanks to minimum size.
The electric bike is equipped with a 36v 10.5Ah 378Wh Samsung battery, integrated into the chassis and removable, and a 250W posterior engine capable of recognizing the road conditions, the slopes and the force used for each blow pedal, therefore providing the appropriate level of assistance according to the selected driving mode.
The electric bike and the pedals can easily close to ensure minimum size and flexibility of use, also in combination with public and private transport.
