Very difficult to use an international bank customer. WOULD RECOMME USING AN INTERNATIONAL BANK With a More User Friendly App. In this day and age it is not hard to find one.

My ISSUE is if you are going to take English speaking customers then your app shorts have an english option. I unnderstand Some French and I COULD NOT EVEN NAVIA THE APP TO SET UP My User! It isn’t just the app that is a problem. Every Time We Deal With Société Générale in Person the Représentif is not helpful at all. We are Talking about Pulling Our Money Out Becaus of this

Poor

This app is such a bread to use. Sogé: please invest more in your digital team if you want to retain your future customer base.
No faceid, no way to peer your phone number without a snail mail gooi to your (outdated) Address – so many examples i could listing to this app being miles away from where consumer banking expectations are.

Glad i can do most of my banking from revolut and n26, and only use this one to pay legacy providers (i.E The Government, My 70 Yo Landlord, and French Investment Accounts).
