Why use Livi ?

Livi allows any individual in possession of a smartphone to consult a remote doctor. On LIVI, general practitioners and specialists are all enrolled in the Council of the Order, thus allowing the reimbursement of consultations by social security.

This application notably offers flexibility in terms of consultation schedules. The consultation slots offered extend from 07:00 to midnight, 7 days a week.
The service brought by LIVI allows you to obtain a medical diagnosis quickly, without moving from your home since the entire service is carried out remotely thanks to the camera of your smartphone or tablet.
At the end of the consultation, you receive an electronic prescription. The latter allows the dispensation of treatment in all pharmacies in France and Europe.

How Livi works ?

Rather than leaving the patient left to himself in the choice of the practitioner who will answer his problem, Livi chooses a somewhat different approach. Once the basic information on the patient is collected within the application, the latter requests to choose a reason for consultation. Among these, we can cite help stopping smoking, stomach burns, sore throat, painful rules. etc.
For each of the reasons, you will have to fill a small multiple choice questionnaire before reserving an appointment. Your answers are used to direct you to the right doctor, but also to allow him to best process your request.

Virtual health book

In order to facilitate patient monitoring, Livi has a virtual health book. Note that the latter has nothing to do with an official health book, if not its name. The app allows the user to enter their medical information such as size, weight, blood pressure, allergies and habits linked to smoking. This information allows more efficient support for the patient. Being attached to the profile of this one, this centralization allows the various doctors not to rest these questions to each consultation.

Doctors trained on teleconsultation

All doctors practicing through Livi are registered with the order of French doctors. As part of guaranteeing a quality service, they have systematically been trained in the way of practicing remote consultation. On the health professional side, consultations take place from the practice firm or the home. Note that all the practitioners referenced on this service have kept at least a few days of face -to -face consultations, whether in hospitals or as a city doctor.

How it works ?

1. Create your account

During your first visit to the application, you will be asked to create an account. You just need to enter the requested information, you can then access your patient space.

2. Make an appointment

Choose to consult a general practitioner, a psychologist or one of the 6 other medical specialties available. It is also possible for you to choose in a list of symptoms the one that most corresponds to your state of health.

3. Your consultation can start

Once the payment has been made and your appointment, all you have to do is wait.

A notification will be sent to you shortly before the start of your consultation. When your appointment is coming, your doctor calls you on video on your phone and the consultation can start.

4. Medical prescriptions and documents

Once your consultation is completed and depending on the diagnosis, the doctor Livi will send you all of your medical documents in your mailbox.

Find your prescriptions, work stoppages or other certificates directly in your application, you can then download a PDF version or send it to your pharmacy.
