Fabulous – Routines & Coaching is a mobile health application that uses behavioral science to help people create routines and take better health habits. The application is designed to guide you step by step according to your objectives and your daily routine. Fabulous encourages you to establish new lifestyle habits using a single three -step process: Understanding current habits, modifying unwanted behavior and positively strengthen sustainable behavior.
Fabulous – Routines & Coaching focuses on the realization of small progressive changes rather than on a drastic modification of the lifestyle. At the start, you can be a little reluctant to adopt new changes, but Fabulous uses a process of incentive in several steps to help you reach your goal. With each small step, the application congratulates you to encourage you to continue on the right track.

After answering about fifteen questions about your energy, your concentration, your sleep habits, your goals, your entourage, Fabulous – Routines & Coaching will “embark” in a trip to increase your energy, be more productive, be quieter , be more fit … In short, feel better and achieve the goal you set for yourself when you have decided to download and install the application.

For each habit added in your ritual, activate the alarm, so as not to unnecessarily increase your mental load.
