Шаг 1 Back/Underside Panel
Turn the laptop upside down.
Make sure the laptop is turned off.
Use A T5 Torx Screwdriver to Remove the Ten 3 mm Long Screws from the Perimeter of the Back of the Laptop.

Open up the Information Panel Door (On the Middle of the Back Side).
While Holding the Door Open, Use A Phillips #00 Screwdriver to Remove the Two 10 mm Long Screws.

Carefully Lift the 2 Corners of the Back Panel Close to the Hinge Upwards, to Release The Whole Panel.
Do not force the panel off. If it do not come off easyy, try to use a plastic spudger where it is stuck.
Шаг 4 Cooling fan (s)
Use the Small Plastic Spudger to Carefully Disconnect The White Connector from the Black Port.

Use the Phillips #00 Screwdriver to Remove the Two 4 mm Long Screws.
The Location of the 2 Screws is different on each fan.
The Left Fan Screw Rentals Are Circled in Red.
The right fan screw rentals are circled in orange.

With the Screws Removed, Lift Up On The Fan and Remove It From The Laptop.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I Removed the Fans for Cleaning The Dust. Now the left fan is always at 100%. Can anybody help me with that problem? Is it possible to somehow misconnect the fan? Or did I accidently did something to the temperature sensors?
Did you manage to fix the problem? I have the same outlet with the right fan.
I have the exact same outcome on the “right” fan.
I WONDER IF it Broke by BLOWING AIR THROUGH IT
Thank you for your very well built tutorial. For any intervention on electronics: be out of course. 1/ Disconnect sector and disconnect the battery. 2/ Use equipment that isolate static electricity (p.e., plate to deploy under the equipment). Otherwise, avoid fleece or other wool sweaters, carpets, loose clothing, metal tools . 3/ Do not touch the electronic components: Unscrew then lift with a plastic spatula then enter the circuits by the sides. Place them on a safe place out of the machine. 4/ Take photos before and after (save and classify them: more relevant than notes). 5/ Do not put a tool on the machine, store the screws by type (photos can help find the right ones) 6/ Change RAM in identical pairs: capacity and characteristics. 7/ Clean your PC 2 times/ year: good cooling improves perfs, overheating is deadly. A dusted keyboard above / below becomes new.
In response to the previous posts: I have no problem encountered but I updated the BIOS and another utility recommended by Dell and all the requested utilities (8 I believe) by the tag service.
My Dell XPS 15,7590 operates again after being blocked by the BIOS following an fouling due to dust that prevented cooling: system safety more than useful !
Note 1: The system gave me a QR code: My smartphone was able to connect to the Dell breakdown service with 2 tips despite the end of the warranty for 2 years.
Note 2: My fans go irregular in the battery position despite the dusting of dismantled fans as well as the motherboard and the keyboard.
But in nomadic use (battery), fans make an intermittent noise.
PS: I found 2 washers on my desk: dry and broken (about 2.5cm in diameter) I don’t know where they come from ? From my XPS 15 or not ?
Is this what makes the fans are sometimes noisy in battery use?
