Crédit Agricole launches the “Mobile Payment” application

In order to offer customers a more fluid and more intuitive navigation, the new “mobile payment” application from Crédit Agricole offers a simplified home page enriched with real -time information. Its optimized interface improves the customer experience by offering it better use of its means of payment.

The aim of this application is to facilitate and promote the use of mobile payment on a daily basis, especially around Paylib services. Whether for a proximity payment (*), an online purchase or instant payment by transfer from person to person, the “mobile payment” application facilitates daily purchases and offers its user a secure digital interface allowing them to pay by a simple gesture.

Should we compose your PIP code on the payment terminal ?

Yes ! When you pay with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay, you continue to collect Surprize points.

I lost my smartphone, what to do ?

You must block your smartphone or delete your data via your Google account, Samsung so that your cards (s) are blocked or deleted

For Apple, you must go to your Apple ID account to deactivate or delete Apple Pay of your smartphone. Your cards (s) will be blocked or deleted.

You can always pay with your physical card.
