Configure my answering machine

Define my secret code

The secret code allows you to secure access to your answering machine. To define it, it’s very simple.

1. From the “Options” tab of the answering machine +, select “Secret Code”,
2. Take a secret 4 to 6 digit code,
3. Press “Modify”.

Choose how to be alerted when there are new messages on my answering machine

1. From the “Options” tab of the answering machine +, select “Messages notification”,
2. Check “icon” if you want to be warned with an icon, or “text” if you wish to receive an SMS when the arrival of a new message.

Subscribe to the direct listening option

You receive a call from an unknown or masked number ? You are in a meeting and cannot answer the phone ? The direct listening option allows you to listen to the message lives live live live.

Here are the 2 steps to follow to subscribe to this option.

1. From the “Options” tab of the answering machine +, select “direct listening”,
2. Press “Subscribe”,
3. Then on “Confirm” on the following screen.

Activate the non-registration answering machine

You want to activate the non-recorder, to prevent your interlocutors from leaving messages on your answering machine.

1. From the “Options” tab of the Answer+application, select “Answer non-registered”,
2. Slide the switch to the right to activate the option,
3. Press “Modify”.

Transfer all my vocal messages by email

1. From the tab at the top right “options” of the answering machine +, select “Transfer by email”,
2. Slide the switch to the right to activate the option and enter the email address on which you want your voice messages to be sent.
3. Press “Modify”.

Personalize the announcement of my answering machine

Buy a Red by SFR reception ad

1. From the tab at the top right “options” of the answering machine+, select “personal mobile”,
2. Press “Access selection”,
3. From the mobile site, choose the ad that you want to discover & click on it,
4. You can listen to it and buy it by clicking on the “I buy” button.

Edit the default ad of my mobile line

1. From the “Ads” tab of the answering machine+, select “Default ad”,
2. Click on “Modify”.

You then have 2 possibilities:

1. Choose an advertisement already saved: Press “Choose an SFR ad”, then choose your ad.
2. Save your ad yourself:
   • Select “Save the advertisement”,
   • Press the Rec (Red Circle) button to start recording,
   • Press this button again to complete the recording,
   • Select “Continue”, then, on the summary screen, “validate”.

Personalize my ad according to my correspondents

1. Select “Create an ad”,
2. Click on “One or more contacts”.

You then have 3 possibilities:

• Create an ad for one or more contacts:
  1. Press “Add a contact”,
  2. Then on “Continue”,
  3. Add your contacts from your directory or handle the numbers manually.

• Create an ad for masked numbers:
  1. Press “For masked numbers”,
  2. Then on “Continue”.

• Create an ad for all your calls:
  • Press “All my calls”,
  • Then on “Continue”.

  You then have 2 possibilities:

  • Choose an advertisement already recorded:
    1. Press “Choose an SFR ad”,
    2. Then choose your ad.

  • Save your ad yourself:
    1. Select “Save the advertisement”,
    2. Press the Rec (Red Circle) button to start recording,
    3. Press this button again to complete the recording,
    4. Then select “Continue”, then, on the summary screen, “validate”.

  
  

  Create an ad for a given date or period

  1. Select “Create an ad”,
  2. Select “a date or a period”,
  3. To determine the period, select “Start . End . . “, Then your start and end dates, and press” Apply “,

  
  

  • A recurrence: select “recurrence”, then the desired days and press the top button,
  • A time slot: Press “House foot”, then select a start and end hour.

  
  

  Create a fixed ad for masked numbers

  1. Select “Create an ad”: the option “For masked numbers” is already checked,
  2. Press “Continue”.

  You then have 2 possibilities:

  • Choose an advertisement already recorded:
    • Press “Choose an SFR ad”,
    • Choose your ad.

    • Select “Save the advertisement”,
    • Then press the Rec (Red Circle) button to start recording,
    • Press this button again to complete the recording,

    To benefit from visual voicemail, make sure you benefit from the “answering machine+” option.

    2. Press the 2 key, then press the # key to validate.
    3. Save your personalized reception message.

    To consult your answering machine from abroad, you must define your secret code before your departure, otherwise you will not be able to access your answering machine remotely.

    To access your Mobile Red answering machine from another line: your mobile must be extinguished:
    1. Cons up your mobile number.

    Activate automatic recall

    The “automatic reminder” function allows you to be recalled every 10 minutes for 2 hours when you have a new message.

    To activate or deactivate it:

    1. Dial the 123 on the keyboard of your mobile then press the ” *” key,
    2. Press the 3 key, then on key 1.
    3. Press the 1 key to validate.

    
    

    Deactivate messages recording

    By default, your correspondents are informed that you are not available and can leave you a message. However, you can choose to activate the “unregistered answering machine” function. Your correspondents will then be informed that you are not available but will not be able to leave a message.

    To activate or deactivate messages:

    1. Dial the 123 on the keyboard of your mobile then press the ” *” key,
    2. Press the 3 key then press the ” *” key,
    3. Press the 6 key,

    Type the following sequence: ** 61*+33612000123 ** 30#

    “30” corresponds to the time in seconds that you can choose before your interlocutor is returned to messaging. Note: you will not be able to exceed 30 seconds.

    When you receive a voice message, you can be warned by text or by displaying an icon on your mobile.
