“Instant transfers, such as standard transfers, received on Saturdays and Sundays are visible in the movements of your account but recorded on the first next working day, on Monday on Monday. Funds cannot therefore be reused immediately.””

I think there is error. When you receive a transfer they clearly indicate in the email that the funds are available immediately.

I also had the case, instant transfer from Banque Postale to Boursorama on weekends: transfer rejected by Boursorama (there was perhaps maintenance ?) and since it has been impossible to erase this notice of transfer rejected on my postal banking customer area (what remains, what importance ?)).
I had redone the instant transfer the following Monday and it passed correctly and immediately.

I think this is the value date in question. A transfer received on Sunday allows me to use the funds on the same day. But it will be considered as having a value date for Monday, at least that is what the registered date indicates.
