Bird Bike

The Bird Bike is a VAE with a 250 W bafang rear engine for a maximum speed of 25 km/h. It has a removable battery of 346 Wh which gives it a maximum autonomy of 100 km. An LCD screen is on this model, in order to be able to monitor its autonomy as well as the speed at which one drives. It has the Bluetooth connection for controlling your bicycle remotely, in particular extinguishing it to save the battery.

Bird, which we know above all for his scooters, embarks on the electric bike market. If we already knew it, we especially expected to learn more about the European version of the Bird Bike, since the basic model did not meet the standards in force by us.

Price and availability of Bird Bike in Europe

The Bird Bike will be available for sale in Europe from the first quarter of 2022 at the indicative price of 1,999 euros including tax. The bike at the AA frame will be available in four colors: stealthy black, gravity gray and star blue. The V -setting bike will be available in white glacier and gravity gray.

Overall, the configuration is almost the same. We just removed the most powerful, unnecessary options in a 25 km/h limited environment, as well as the gas controller, which would make it switch to the moped side.

Unsurprisingly, the new EU Bird Version Bolide has a maximum speed of 25 km/h, powered by a 250 W bafang rear engine. This is one of the differences with the American version, which also offers a 500 W engine. The latter can count on a removable battery of 346 WH, powered by LG cells, which can reach 100 km of autonomy depending on the brand.

To start your ride, scan the QR code of your BIRD with your application. Press the accelerator, on your right, to start and pull the brake to slow down.

3. And there you go, ride !

Respect all local traffic rules and enjoy the ride !

4. Stay with caution

Park your vehicle carefully in a designated parking area and be sure to keep the access roads released.
