I take a few minutes to share my dissatisfaction with BeIN Sport Connect.

I was, like many I think, banged by the 6/12 months subscription offers to their online service on the occasion of the Clasico Barça vs Real then PSG City.

I tell myself that as I am not a bein subscriber, this is an opportunity to enjoy these great games, and especially those of PSG which I am a fan.

I therefore subscribe to Bein Sport Connect for 6 months to see these matches in particular.

1st frustration, it is impossible to see the 1st half time of Barça Real, total impossibility of connecting. And I am not the only one (see social networks)

2nd frustration and total nervousness, it is impossible to connect for the 1st half of PSG vs man city. Again, I am not the only couillon to have fled.

Total fucking, not even an apology email to subscribers.
I send an email to customer service, whose answer I still expect.
Obviously I await financial compensation. When you pay for a service, you are entitled to wait for it to work.

Another problem and not least, I can almost never connect to the website.
It’s still better for me to watch games on the PC, bigger screen.

I am therefore forced to look on my tablet, and there I often encounter problems also of image that is blocking.
My connection is not in question, since the mobile service of the competitor football in France works perfectly and on my PC and on my tablet.

Ultimately, I totally advise against beIN Sport Connect subscription.

It clearly messages as soon as there is a big match.
Big problem to connect to PC in general .
Finally, non -existent customer service, no commercial gesture for all their problems, and not even an answer.
