Internet

The Bbox must include the internet in fiber optics or xdsl. On the fiber, you benefit from a speed in maximum reception of 1 Gb/s and a maximum issue of emission of 700 Mb/s.

The offer includes internet access with the Wifi 6, more powerful than the WiFi 5 of the Bbox Fit. But if you want to take advantage of an even more efficient WiFi connection with the 6th WiFi, you have to opt for the Bbox Ultym.

With DSL technology, your flow will depend on the equipment of your telephone central and its distance from your home. If Bouygues Telecom has not unbundled your NRA, the operator will rely on the network of a partner, called “extended zone”. A supplement of € 8 is applied in this case.

Phone

Commitment & termination conditions

Duration of engagement: 12 months

Termination fees: € 59.00

With the Bbox Must of Bouygues, the duration of engagement is 12 months. This means that you cannot terminate the offer before the end of the commitment period. In practice, it remains possible to terminate the offer before the end of the 12 months. In this case, all the remaining monthly payments until the end of the commitment must be paid to the operator.

Once the engagement period has been completed, you can terminate at any time. Termination fees of € 59 are then requested. These costs can be canceled in the event of termination for legitimate reasons (see the tariff guide and the CGV of the operator).

During termination, the equipment must be returned to Bouygues Telecom. In the event of non -restitution, incomplete restitution or damaged equipment, costs are billed. If the equipment is properly returned within 30 days, you benefit from a restitution bonus of € 29.

To terminate the Bbox Must offer, you must send a request for termination by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the operator. In the event of early termination, the costs requested depend on the price of the subscription, the duration of initial engagement, and the remaining commitment duration.

• Initial commitment of 12 months: you must pay all the remaining monthly payments until the end of the commitment.
• Initial commitment of 24 months:
  • Termination during the 1st year: you must pay all the remaining monthly payments until the end of the first year, as well as 3 months of additional subscription.
  • Termination during the 2nd year: you must pay a quarter of the remaining monthly payments until the end of the commitment.

  Fixed termination costs can be added depending on your offer.

  We advise you to check with your operator how much are your termination costs.

  If the termination occurs as part of a “case of force majeure”, you may be given termination costs (anticipated or not). To find out more about these cases and the proof requested, you must contact the customer service of your current operator.

  You change the internet box ? Some Internet access providers may offer a refund of termination costs for your old offer.
