I subscribe to the Canal+ Sport pack, which I receive via a Bouygues TV decoder.

When I zap on the channels 51.52.53.54 etc. (BeIN Sports channels, therefore), I have no image and I am offered to subscribe via Bouygues (“OK to subscribe”). I have the same problem with Eurosport channels, moreover.

What is curious is that I receive other channels of the Canal+ Sport pack, such as multisports, Canal+ Sport 360, etc. This problem is therefore specific to certain channels.

I first thought of a problem related to my ISP (Bouygues), but after several manipulations with a phone advisor, my problem is not solved and I was sent to Canal+.

I tried several times the manipulations recommended by Canal+ (reactivate TV rights, electric reset of the box. ) But my problem persists.

I specify that I have access to all my channels on the My Canal environment on PC/Tablet/Smartphone, but not in my Bouygues environment on my TV.

Does anyone have already been in my case ? If so, how to solve this problem ?

PS: my decoder is a 4K HDR BBOX TV (recent, therefore)

Hello, I don’t really know where to put this message and this category seemed to me the least bad.

I have a Bbox Ultym for just under 2 years and I am currently having a problem: connected to me, it is impossible for me to access the administration interface of my box for at least 10 days. I connect to my customer account on the Bouygues Telecom site. In the part concerning my fixed internet subscription, I click on the link to manage or troubleshoot in the photo of my box. Then I click on the red button ‘I access my interface’ to go to the administration interface. But, the page never takes care of: either I have a blank page with a spinning logo, or I have the page of the administration interface but without any information replaced by turning logo.

I called 1064 to explain my problem and I was told to wait for a box from the box either on Sunday to come (06/18), or the following Sunday (on 25/06). I have just rebooted my box hoping to see a maj will be done (the reboot seems to me having happened as usual, without update therefore) and I still cannot access the administration interface of my box. With the same symptoms.

Some of you are having a similar problem ? If so, you resolved it ? How ? Thank you in advance for your possible answers.

If I understand correctly you are accessing the admin from the Bouygues Telecom app and then on the BBOX management button which is the interrne apps of the apps.

Not surprisingly there is a random problem, the teams have been trying to track it down for a long time, but has not yet managed to find what is the cause.

Alternatively you must be able to access it from any browser (smartphone, PC, tablet) via:
Mabbox.Bytel.FR or http: // 192.168.1.254/
The only important point is to be live on the box if you have a tier router it will not work directly.

I am interested in your customer number (you find him on a BBox invoice) by completing your forum file, it will allow me to eat the team in charge of your return to this problem.

I just updated my profile with the Bouygues customer number and I tried to indicate the equipment I have but I do not know precisely the brand and the model. I just know that I took the Bbox Ultym subscription.

Regarding URLs to directly access the admin interface, I also tried them for an identical result. For me, the problem is not random: access is always impossible.

I specify that my access to the admin interface worked without problem at least until 06/05 (date on which I installed a wifi printer on the network) and I noticed the problem when I Trying to connect another device to WiFi on 06/15. Between these 2 dates, I have not changed anything on my network.

I am connected in ethernet on the box (via a switch) for my fixed pc and on the box of the box for my laptop: the problem is identical on the 2 pcs. For my fixed pc, I have always been connected in ethernet via this switch and I was able to access the admin interface without problem before realizing that it had become impossible.
