The Smart Fortwo Electric Drive is an electric car made in France, in Hambach. The only micro-city is marketed since 2009 and in its third generation since spring 2017, then in restyled EQ Fortwo model in 2020.

The electric smart is available in two variants: the Smart Fortwo Electric Drive Coupé and the Smart Fortwo Electric Drive Cabrio. Reworked visually in 2020, she opted for the name of EQ Fortwo, still in two bodywork.

In 2017, the third generation of electric smarts was launched with a range welcoming the 4 Plaes Forfour Electric Drive. The Fortwo evolves in 2020 with a new lower air intake, absence of grille and diode projectors.

Autonomy and battery of the Smart Fortwo Electric Drive

In NEDC cycle, the latest generation of electric smart announces up to 1159 kilometers of autonomy. In real use, the manufacturer announces 110 to 120 km. Precisely, the WLTP cycle supposed to be more realistic reduces autonomy in 2020 between 119 and 135 km depending on version.
