Audi Q4 e-tron becomes the cheapest luxury electric SUV in the country

Consumers looking for a luxurious but not too expensive electric SUV can now turn to the brand new Audi Q4 e-tron 2022, which arrives in Canada this fall. A sportback version will follow during the winter.

Little brother of the Audi e-tron marketed here for three years, the Q4 e-tron is built on the same Meb platform as the Volkswagen Id.4. 4.6 meters long, it is slightly shorter than the popular Q5, but its wheelbase of 2.76 meters gives it a spacious cabin.

In Canada, the only configuration offered is two engines and four-wheel drive called Q4 e-tron 50 Quattro. Its battery has a usable capacity of 77 kWh and provides a range of 388 kilometers according to Natural Resources Canada. This is 31 kilometers more than said e-tron and also the Jaguar I-Pace, then 53 kilometers more than the Volvo XC40 recharging.

So how much the Audi Q4 e-tron 2022 costs? Three levels of equipment appear on the menu, ie Komfort at $ 59,950, Progressiv at $ 65,350 and Technik at $ 68,350. The first makes it the most affordable luxury electric SUV, in front of the XC40 recharging ($ 64,950).
