How to subscribe to Apple One ?

If you use an iPhone with iOS 14 (or later), an iPad with iPados 14 (or later) or a Mac with Big MacOS on (or later), touch or click here to subscribe to the App Store. Or go to settings> account> Manage subscriptions. And if you subscribe to several Apple subscriptions and an Apple One pack is more advantageous, you will automatically receive a recommendation depending on the subscriptions you already have.

How much does it cost ? Is this a monthly or annual subscription ?

Apple One is a service by monthly subscription without long -term commitment. Individual, family and premium packs cost € 16.95 respectively, € 22.95 and € 31.95 per month. These packs make it possible to benefit from a reduction of up to 35 % compared to the payment of separate subscriptions. You can terminate your subscription at any time, at the latest the day before your monthly renewal date. You will keep your access to the service until the end of the billing period.

How to access my Apple One subscriptions ?

Once your subscription is subscribed, you can take advantage of your Apple One services wherever they are available, namely on the web (Apple Music and Apple TV+), on Apple TV and certain connected televisions (Apple Music, Apple TV+ and Apple Fitness+ ), on Apple Watch (Apple Fitness+), on Android devices (Apple Music) and other third -party streaming devices (Apple Music and Apple TV+).

Am I entitled to a free trial ? And if so, what include ?

All the subscriptions you don’t already have are free during your first month of Apple One * subscription . If you are currently subscribing to one of the subscriptions, it will continue to be billed separately until Apple One’s trial period ends and you go to an Apple One Subscription. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will be automatically renewed each month. All, without obligation: you can terminate your subscription, at the latest the day before your date of monthly renewal, by going to settings> Apple identifier.

What happens if I need a larger iCloud storage package ?

You can subscribe to an additional iCloud package separately to complete the package included in your Apple One pack. Learn more

Can I share the subscription with my family ? How to proceed ?

If you have subscribed to Apple One’s family or premium pack, you can share all Apple subscriptions included with five family members using family sharing, without communicating your password (family sharing is not automatic, It’s up to you). If you have subscribed to the Apple One individual pack, family sharing is automatically available with Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade. How to group my separate subscriptions into an Apple One subscription ?

Nothing’s easier. Just follow the steps described above to subscribe to Apple One. All your current subscriptions will be automatically included in your Apple One pack, and they will no longer be billed to you separately. There is only one exception: if you already have an iCloud+ package whose storage capacity is greater than that of your new Apple One pack, it will continue to be billed separately, but you have the possibility to terminate it. Touch or click here to find out more. If you decide to terminate your subscription to Apple One, you will have the possibility of selecting the separate subscriptions that you want to keep. These will then be billed to you separately and everything will be maintained as it. You will therefore not lose your personalized content such as your Apple Music playlists or your Apple TV lists+.

Billing and subscriptions

You can terminate an Apple subscription or a subscription that you have subscribed to an app, directly in the app store on your device.

Request a refund

Some purchases can be eligible for a refund. To request one, click on the link below, log into and select “Request a refund”.

Consult the history of your purchases

Terminate an Apple subscription

Terminate a subscription on your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Adjust.
  2. Touch your name.
  3. Touch subscriptions.
  4. Touch the subscription concerned.
  5. Touch Cancel the subscription. You may have to scroll down the screen to find the Cancel Subscription button. If the Cancel button does not appear or if an expiration message in red is displayed, this means that the subscription is already terminated.

  1. Open the App App Store.
  2. Click on your name. If your name does not appear, click on connect.
  3. Click on account settings.
  4. Scroll down to the subscription section, then click Manage.
  5. Next to the chosen subscription, click modify.
  6. Click EXERVIE SUBSCRIPTION. If the termination button or terminate the subscription is not displayed, this means that the subscription is already terminated.

  1. On your PC, open iTunes. If you don’t have iTunes, find out how to download iTunes for Windows.
  2. From the menu bar located at the top of the iTunes window, select account, then see my account.
  3. Access the settings section. Click Manage, with regard to subscriptions.
  4. Find the subscription you want to terminate, then click modify.
  5. Click EXERVIE SUBSCRIPTION. If the termination button or terminate the subscription is not displayed, this means that the subscription is already terminated.

You can’t find the subscription you want to terminate ?

If you are not trying to terminate your iCloud+package, find your invoice:

  1. Look for the terms “Apple Apple” in your emails.
  2. On the subscription bill, check which Apple identifier was used.

  • If the Apple identifier of a family member appears on the invoice, ask this person to follow the steps described in this article to terminate the subscription. You cannot terminate the subscription of a family member.
  • If you use another Apple identifier and it appears on the invoice, connect with this identifier and follow the steps described in this article to terminate the subscription.
  • If you cannot find your Apple invoice, you may have subscribed to this subscription to another company. To identify the company you charge, check your bank account statement or credit card. To terminate the subscription, you must contact the company causing this invoicing.

About subscriptions

  • If you have subscribed to a free or reduced price subscription, and you do not want to renew it, to terminate it at least 24 hours before the end of the test.
