Freebox Pop voicemail

It’s been ten days that I installed pop but:

– I can no longer find the radios,
– I can no longer find the messages that I am left on my phone
– I record programs. I can see them but, wanting to keep them, I can’t find or they are !

Everything was so simple with the Freebox V6

Normal since they are no longer directly accessible from the POP player.

You will have to go through an Android application for this, unfortunately.

I cannot answer you on this point, having the Delta server and not pop.

I record programs. I can see them but, wanting to keep them, I can’t find or they are !

It is normal that you cannot see them by browsing because your records are stored in the cloud and not on the server or your machine.

It is also impossible to recover them to keep them.

It should be noted a hope that this evolves soon with regard to the possibility of recording locally, but without certainty that Free accesses this request made by many subscribers.

I don’t see this function on the Pop box
But we can receive them by email, what I did.
The advantage is that I also receive these voice messages on the mailbox installed on my phone. So I don’t need to be at home to consult them.

Email alert

Connect to your subscriber space using your identifying phone number and associated password.
In the telephone tab, click on the voicemail management link.

The list of notifications allows you to be warned by email of the presence of a message on your answering machine.
By choosing the SAVD file option in attachment, the voice message will be attached to the notification.
