• Place an iPhone or iPad paired with headphones near the charging box and activate Wi-Fi and Bluetooth so that the device is connected to both Internet and AirPods.

• If nothing is happening, connect your airpods to your iPhone then launch a piece of music for several tens of seconds. Cut the music then replace the airpods in their housing. Find the version of the internal program of your AirPods

Updates of the internal program are deployed automatically while your airpods are in charge and are within reach of the Bluetooth of your iPhone, iPad or Mac connected to Wi-Fi.
