After-sales service and iPhone repair
We can replace the battery for your iPhone for costs. Our warranty does not cover the batteries used by normal use. Your product is eligible for a battery replacement at no additional cost if you have taken out an Applecare+ contract and if the battery of your product keeps less than 80 % of its original capacity. Screen repair

How much will it cost ?
In the case of repairs carried out directly by Apple, use our “obtain an estimate” tool to obtain an estimate of the cost of the repair. If you call on other service centers, ask them for a quote because they set their own prices. For repairs covered by an Applecare+contract, the price per incident remains the same, regardless of the chosen service center. We will inspect your product upon reception. An Applecare+ contract for this product is available in your country or region. The Applecare+ contract includes coverage for battery repair, which means that your battery can be replaced for free if we see, after testing your product, that it keeps less than 80 % of its original capacity. The Applecare+ contract also covers accidental damage resulting from poor manipulation, each incident being subject to a franchise. Guarantee
The Apple limited warranty covers your iPhone and the Apple accessories provided in the box of your product against manufacturing defects for one year from their date of purchase. Apple accessories purchased separately are covered by the Apple limited warranty for accessories. This includes adapters, spare cables, wireless chargers or cases.
Our guarantee is added to the rights provided for by the law on consumer protection.
Depending on the problem, you may also benefit from the coverage offered by the Applecare contract+. Conditions apply and costs can be invoiced. The availability and functional options may vary depending on the country or the region.
If your problem is not covered, costs will be billed to you. If the problem you encounter with your iPhone is not eligible for the service, you may have to pay all the replacement value.
Guarantees
Our repairs, included replacement documents, are guaranteed for 90 days or until the end of your Apple warranty or your Applecare contract, the longest period being retained. This is added to your rights provided for by the Consumer Protection Act.
The replacement equipment that Apple provides within the framework of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previous Apple or previous spare parts that have been tested and meet the functional requirements of Apple functional.

Independent repair suppliers
Independent repair suppliers have access to authentic Apple parts and repair resources. The repairs made by independent repair suppliers are not covered by the Apple guarantee or by the Applecare*plans, but they could be covered by the supplier’s repair guarantee. You can check if a repairer is an independent repair supplier or an Apple approved service provider.
* Unless the law requires it, the repairs carried out by independent repair suppliers are not guaranteed by Apple. Any damage suffered by your device at a repair provider who is not Apple certified is covered either by the limited warranty of Apple or an Applecare plan.
