1 year and 5000 kilometers made by the whole family. No problem except the starting battery changed as a warranty. Heating and desemburation are limited, otherwise very pleasant vehicle to drive, vision at 180 degrees, kart driving 🙂 sufficient autonomy, in winter it decreases a little. Our teenager loves his friend, vehicles more than enough for small daily journeys.

No problem, what happiness. Super agile and very responsive, a little firm driving comfort in favor of a remarkable handling, top direction and powerful braking, the absence of a separate chest is ultimately not embarrassing as the interior space is well thought out, cost in derisory use, around € 1/100km. Hello, I have one for 2 and a half months. It’s super practical, it allows me to move without obliged someone to take me to right to left. I have already done 1100 kilometers with in a very short time. The only two negative points that I have noticed is that in raising them it slows down much often less than 30km/h which is dangerous, but also the headlights which are with LEDs which dazzles the other drivers and we m ‘made a lot of headlight calls which disturbed me at the start.

It was the decennie’s ee, namely an urban, electrical and therefore economical vehicle.As long as everything is fine, in my case the first 3 months is the top, if the problems arrive, do not look for a after -sales service, it is non -existent.And on the side of the concessions it is the pompom, they do not sell the vehicle but must make the repairs; we make you understand this at the reception.In 3000 kms made I end up with water infiltrations at the opening of the window type 2 CV which flows on the Comodos of Change of Auto Box and on the lateral storage of doors; it still does not prevent any Roll but at 3000 km I end up with smooth rear tires like formula 1 tires, it is a problem of bodywork of rear wheels, the concern is that on a classic car is regulated, on this one No .But the most serious is that Citroen does not want to recognize him when it is enough to seek on the internet I am far from being an isolated case, there is even a Facebook group with people with this concern, he more than 300 .The concession workshop tells me that changing the tires to 3000 km is normal.I have contacted the Citroen after -sales service for 3 months, no response I am told that it takes its course.I was desperated and I contacted my legal protection which launched the problem by reinforcing in the idea that changing tires every 3000 km on a vehicle is abnormal it is a default of conformity.

It would be a great vehicle if it was reliable but unfortunately buy such a vehicle, launched far too quickly by Citroën is only a source of trouble. Our friend was delivered to us on January 5, 2021 with 15 days late. She left on set within 30 minutes that followed the delivery because we could not load it (faulty hand brake container). Vehicles are therefore delivered without having suffered prior control. It was only returned to us only. In compensation, Citroën has extended our additional one year warranty. We only had our vehicle for two weeks when we took it back for 3 weeks for the recall campaign. Unable to lend us a vehicle in the meantime, they have compensated us up to 400 euros. Currently, our vehicle has broken down since 10/25/2021 and the diagnosis has fallen since 10/10/2021 says that it is not repairable. A vehicle that is not a year old. But since then, it is the obstacle course for us. Our garage is unable to inform us, they cannot have more information than we. When you call the customer number (09 69 39 18 18), they take note of your requests, your questions and say that they are going back, that we will remind us. But it doesn’t go up. Our file was thus blocked for almost 6 weeks. They admitted that the friend cell had never been aware of our file. So no order for a new vehicle for us during all this time and above all, no solution while waiting. As for the other number that we are given (09 70 26 70 26), same comments, we tell you that we will remind you, you give your number, your available slots, but not call, no news. They even push bad faith by sending you an email where they explain to you that they could not call you because they do not have the right number. This one that you give back to each call!! Or they call you (well yes, sometimes they manage to find the number!!) Apart from the slots indicated to be sure not to join you and thus no doubt save time. We have been in a hassle for almost 9 weeks but no loaned vehicle, no proposed compensation, radio silence. It’s a real shame!! And when you call and get your tone a little because yes, here we have the right to be a little annoyed, we hang up on the nose. Bravo customer service at Citroën. Review for us: it’s been a little over 11 months that we owned a friend but we only placed 7 months since the other 4 months, she was in the garage. And it is still there, it serves as a decor since it can no longer drive. A word of advice, don’t be tempted, you might regret it!
